Thomas joined GEOCON in 2019 as a Safety & Quality Officer, bringing over 20 years of construction experience that began as a carpenter. He has since progressed to Head of Safety, leading GEOCON's safety management framework and driving a proactive safety culture across the business.
Thomas joined GEOCON in 2019 as a Safety & Quality Officer, bringing more than 20 years of construction industry experience that began with a trade background as a carpenter. Over the past 7 years, he has progressed through a number of leadership roles to become GEOCON's Head of Safety, using his hands-on industry knowledge to drive safety performance and support the delivery of complex, large-scale projects.
As Head of Safety, Thomas leads GEOCON's safety management framework, ensuring compliance with the company's Integrated Management System, applicable legislation, and industry standards while driving continuous improvement across the business. He works closely with project and site teams to foster a proactive safety culture, overseeing auditing, reporting, and performance monitoring to support GEOCON's ongoing commitment to safety, quality, and innovation.
