Working for some of the Canberra’s leading commercial property owners and developers, Mark is particularly familiar with the areas of planning, development, construction, commercial leasing, and intellectual property.

His former roles include being a former Commonwealth prosecutor specialising in tax and corporations law, and partner at Mills Oakley, and the legal advisor to All Homes Pty Ltd from inception in 2000 until the sale to Fairfax Media in 2014.

He brings his skills and expertise as a private practitioner to the legal issues encountered by Geocon, as a rapidly growing, fast-paced local business with immense potential for the Canberra community and nationally.

Mark graduated from the Australian National University with a Bachelor of Arts/ Laws (Honours), was Chair of the ACT Chapter of the Law Council of Australia’s insolvency and Reconstruction and was also a long-time contributing author to Civil Procedure Australian Capital Territory (LexisNexis).
