Jack joined GEOCON in 2015 as a Development Cadet, beginning his career with a focus on project coordination and feasibility analysis. Over the past decade, he has progressed through a range of development roles, building extensive experience across all phases of the development lifecycle and contributing to the delivery of some of Canberra's most significant residential and mixed-use projects.

As Head of Development, Jack leads GEOCON's Development team and holds strategic oversight of the company's development function, providing leadership, mentoring, and direction to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of GEOCON's project pipeline. Working closely with the Executive team, he oversees project strategy, feasibility, acquisitions, planning, design development, authority approvals, delivery, and performance, while establishing development priorities and driving best-practice processes.

Having progressed through every stage of the development team, Jack brings a practical and well-rounded understanding of the development process. This experience enables him to effectively support his team, foster collaboration across the business, and provide strategic leadership on complex projects, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for customers, stakeholders, and the broader Canberra community.
