Damian joined the GEOCON team in 2012 as a Project Engineer. As one of the first employees to participate in the industry leading GEOCON Graduate Program, he has worked his way up the ranks to become the Managing Director of Construction.

With extensive experience in coordinating and managing major residential and commercial developments in the ACT, Damian is responsible for managing the operations including systems compliance, budget, reporting and quality assurance across the portfolio of active projects.

His knowledge of the building and construction industry is demonstrated throughout his involvement in each project, from development, design and cost planning, through to construction and project completion.
