The project’s architectural prowess is thanks to Geocon’s partnership with the award-winning practice Fender Katsalidis. The landscaping and urban design have been handled by Oculus.

Geocon managing director Nick Georgalis says the project is an increasingly rare opportunity to buy a new apartment in Canberra’s city centre.

“The site is in a blue-chip position within the city precinct, located close to the lake, the theatre precinct, shops, restaurants and light rail,” he says.

“The project will appeal to both live-in owner-occupiers and investors.”
