Vue The Residence was Geocon’s first major apartment development and the first site to provide the market with a shared residential and accommodation offering as well as seven commercial tenancies at street level. Geocon purchased a 6700m2 site in 2009 with the intention of providing an affordable offering to the south of Canberra that features solar initiatives, integrated gardens, eco-friendly lighting, water capture systems and double glazing throughout.
