Ready to call Midnight home
The final touches have been applied, paint is now dry and Midnight is ready to welcome its first residents home.
By Christmas, almost 500 people will have settled into their new homes in Midnight, ready to take advantage of amenity like the lap pool, gymnasium and sauna, Midnight Bar and Braddon Merchant, which are already operating.
Complete with 230 residential units and 24 commercial spaces, the $190 million project will soon complement Midnight Hotel, part of Marriott International’s Autograph Collection, which opened there in September.
Midnight strikes you immediately as you step in or out of its front doors. The internal styling and amenity are breath-taking, with high end finishes like stone benchtops, huge bathtubs and private roof top terraces all part of life at Midnight.
Stepping out of Midnight the reality of the city hits you in the face, with the hustle and bustle of Braddon met with the convenience of a light rail stop, only 10 metres down Northbourne Avenue. Midnight’s façade is everything we’ve come to expect from world renowned architects, Fender Katsalidis, with each perspective offering a new look and feel.
Midnight residents are packing boxes ready to move into Braddon’s most exciting new development within a month. Geocon’s first development in the city sets a new standard for finish and design, paving the way for another 10 projects to evolve over the next four years.
