Midnight’s excavators have now dug up half the earth that will ultimately be removed from the site, bringing it down to the next level, the middle of the basement. All reports from our on-site construction team say that the project is ticking along nicely and to schedule, with all the piles and capping beam work now complete.

Also complete is the installation of the first row of anchors that support the basement structure. Now the team can begin installing the shotcrete walls to the perimeter and this will gradually change the appearance of the site in coming weeks.
