in-house conveyancers can also make the settlement and transfer process simple and seamless.

We’re the only developer in Canberra to offer a personalised concierge experience to guide you through your pre-settlement inspection.

In the weeks leading to settlement, you’ll be invited back to ensure any items noted during your pre-settlement inspection have been fixed.

Once your building’s Unit Plan is registered, Geocon will call for settlement. Up to 14 days later, you’ll be collecting your apartment keys!
