About the Role

An exciting opportunity now exists for a Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Systems Administrator due to continual success and growth. The successful candidate will play an integral role within the digital transformation, help maintain and drive ongoing enhancements that will support core businesses processes and our growth.

Key responsibilities:

Build custom reports, dashboards and workflows to drive insights and support business performance
Improve workflows and the effectiveness of the Salesforce and Marketing Cloud platforms including creation of custom objects, fields and page layouts
Work with consultants to design, build & deliver end to end salesforce solutions.
Design and maintain workflows and processes
Help the organisation improve and develop the Salesforce and Marketing Cloud platforms, managing and implementing current and new functions
Day to day administration, troubleshooting and maintenance of the Salesforce and Marketing Cloud platforms.

Support the development of training collateral, and provide training and assistance to new and experienced end-users, where appropriate
Monitor and define user needs and work with consultants/developers to deliver custom solutions

 

Skills Required

To be successful in this role, you will come with at least two years of experience administering Salesforce products as well as:
Exposure to both Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
Knowledge of custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, reports, dashboards, data extensions and process builder
Experience using data loading tools
Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools
Experience designing and maintaining complex user roles, security, profiles, and workflow rules
Knowledge of Zapier is desirable
