About the Role
With a significant amount of work in hand and in the pipeline, we are looking for exceptional talent to grow our team. An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced Relationship Manager to enhance the Geocon customer experience.
Working as part of a team, you will be working together to identify customer needs and develop ways to exceed the customers expectations. This will involve building internal & external relationships with key stakeholders to evolve the current framework and work though the evolution of the customer experience to be a cut above our competitors.
To be successful in this role, you will join Geocon with at least three years of experience in customer service or a portfolio position as well as the following attributes:
Highly motivated with a proven record of success to achieve specific goals, objectives and deadlines.
Results orientated with the ability to orientate through complex problems to deliver outcomes
Highly organised with a proven capability to self-manage and prioritise
Ability to represent and build relationships with other divisions
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Complaint resolution ability
