About the role
Working under the Construction Manager and closely with the Project Manager, the Site Manager will be responsible for leading a team of up to 40 workers ranging from Foreman, Engineers, Leading Hands, Construction Workers and Graduates.
The Site Manager will be required to work one Saturday per month.
Key responsibitlies include:
Oversee the day to day running of the site
Provide site leadership, team culture and management from commencement to handover and defect rectification
Coordinate subcontractor trades to maximise productivity and manage project issues
Monitor all aspects of site Health and safetyQuality assurance
Residential construction site management experience
Understanding of WHS Compliance, systems and procedures
Ability to document and record all onsite construction processes and ITP’s, systems & policies and effectively communicate to management
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage labour, subcontractors and suppliers
Knowledge of construction methodologies and site coordination
