About the role
Support the administration function for the delivery of all marketing campaigns and strategies
Assist with co-ordinating marketing materials associated with internal and external agent networks
Provide assistance for all major project releases, activities and events
Other administrative marketing and brand activities as required
diary management/ general correspondence
organising travel and accommodation bookings
assist with preparation of marketing reports and dashboards
manage furniture inventory
credit card reconciliation and other administrative tasks to support the Director.
Prioritise workload in a high intensity working environment
Proficient in Microsoft products including Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint
Previous experience in a property business would be advantageous
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with focus on attention to detail.
Outstanding time management and organisational skills.
