HR Administrator

Job description

About the Role

Working as a HR administrator, the successful applicant will be assisting in the administrative functions to support the HR team. You will be reporting the HR manager and work closely with the Recruitment Officer.

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Assisting in recruitment, screening and on-boarding
Providing advice in the development of a new HR Strategy
Assisting in the implementation of HR best practise policies and procedures
Conducting office inductions and various onsite inductions with new employees
General administration

 

Skills Required

To be successful in this role, you will come with at least two years of experience in a similar position as well as the ability to demonstrate:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
A high level of written and communication skills
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Remarkable time management skills
HR qualifications would be advantageous
