Investing in new talent is the key to Geocon’s continuing success, which is why we are committed to guiding and mentoring our future foreman, site managers, project engineers and project managers through our industry leading Graduate Program. Internal and external training, as well as opportunities to work on some of Canberra’s most ambitious large-scale projects, will provide the perfect introduction to a long and successful construction career. The program
Our one-year program provides you with the opportunity to work alongside the inspiring construction professionals who are shaping the new face of Canberra through ground-breaking developments including Nightfall, Aspen Village, The Establishment, and WOVA.
Our Graduate Program includes important hands-on experience across a number of disciplines, including:
• Design and procurement
• Site coordination – quality and safety
• Programming
• Cost planning
• Site supervision
• Project completion
Qualifications
• Bachelor of Construction Management
• Diploma of Building and Construction
• Certificate IV in Building and Construction
