With a significant amount of work in hand and in the pipeline, we are looking for exceptional talent to grow our team. A new opportunity has been created to support our sales team in the managing the commission expenses and reporting requirements.
Preparation of monthly commissions expense calculations for the Internal Sales. Agents and provision of information to Payroll.
Preparation of monthly commissions expense calculations for the Developments division with supporting detail provided to Development Managers.
Preparation of monthly management reporting on the GRE business unit with detailed commentary explaining key drivers in variance to budget for all line items
Maintain commissions workbook (excel based) and continue to develop this model to simplify, de-risk it and evolve it to “best practice” standards potentially with a move towards a software-based model.
All GRE balance sheet items reviewed and reconciled as part of month end timetable. GST/BAS – review of monthly information and preparation/lodgement of monthly BASs. Credit Card Reconciliations Preparation of fortnightly Sales Forecast Model to Sales Directors for input and review of supplied.
Maintaining a database of current commission related rules across the business
Actively attending to and resolving commissions queries within the business
Providing financial support to Director of Sales
