About the role

The Business Development Manager is a Senior member of the GEOCON development & Sales Business.

 

With a significant amount of work in the pipeline, GEOCON is looking for a highly experienced and pro-active Business Development Manager who can contribute to the ongoing success of the business. The role of the Business Development Manager is to establish and build a high performing External sales & Channel sales business.

 

We want a candidate that can hit the ground running and already has established contacts in the real estate channel & external sales space.

 

Responsibilities include:

Devise and Implement a highly successful Business development strategy to maximise sales and promote GEOCON both nationally and internationally
Utilise GEOCON's strong existing networks to generate and promote further sales and partnerships across all Geocon projects.
Develop local, national & International channel partnerships aimed at selling Geocon's premium stock
Work closely with GEOCON's marketing team to grow, develop and promote the Geocon brand locally and interstate
Identify other potential leads and revenue sources for the business
Along with the assistance from GEOCON's Director, Channel Sales and Strategic Partnerships, Sales Director and General Manager, the Executive Sales Manager' success will be assisted by GEOCON's HR, Finance, Marketing, IT, Conveyancing ad Customer Service Teams.

Skills and experience:

The successful candidate will:

Have demonstrated experience in a similar role, developing strategies to maximise sales and promote the brand
Be proficient in building business management capabilities along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Have the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders both local and interstate
Be motivated to progress in a diverse and growing business
