The settlement phase is a great time to also organise your move with Infinity’s strata manager and the connection of your utilities with ActewAGL and Icon Water.

While you’re at it, seek a quote for blinds and curtains with our partner Watson Blinds and Awnings. They are able to access the development now and will give you a discount. Other blind companies can also provide you with a quote but only if you have already settled. The one design requirement is that your curtains or blinds have a white backing, because this will maintain a consistent look across Infinity’s façade.

You might also like to discuss storage options with Storage King, internet connection with TPG and stylish furniture with Matt Blatt – as a Geocon customer, you will be able to take up their special offers.

There are TV ports in all apartments wired to receive free-to-air digital and pay TV. Phone and internet ports are also installed. To arrange a pay TV connection, visit Compare and Connect or phone 1300 859 258 and mention Geocon and Infinity to have all these services connected at the same time.

To organise your move, contact your strata manager Raine & Horne Canberra. They can advise you on a safe, accessible place for your removal company to park their vehicle and book and prepare a lift for you.

If you’re an investor, your property manager can access Infinity and your apartment after settlement, when they will be able to take photos and conduct open-house inspections.

When your purchase has been finalised, your conveyancer will give you your settlement pack, which will include your keys for your apartment’s front door, windows and sliding doors and letterbox, and security fobs, as well as a Geocon USB containing the builder’s handover manual and appliance instructions and warranty information.
