After settlement, to ensure you are delighted with your new apartment, Geocon has a 90-Day Defect Liability Period (DLP) during which you can let us know of any additional maintenance items that need attention. Our construction team will address the items on your DLP list at the end of the 90-day period.

For emergency maintenance items during the 90-day period, please email Geocon. An emergency maintenance item is one that threatens the safety of people or property within your apartment or complex and may include loss of access to, or the usability of, property or an essential service. After your DLP is over, or for items in common areas, you should contact your strata manager – for Infinity, this is Raine & Horne Canberra.

We’ll be in touch with more information after settlement. Read more in our 90-day Defect Liability Period fact sheet
